**Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy**
To secure your desired appointment, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of your service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully credited towards your total service fee, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept both cash and card payments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a change in your plans. To accommodate other clients and our stylists, we request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new booking. Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will not be applied to any future bookings.
**Late Arrival Policy**
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated as it helps us adhere to our schedule and dedicate ample time to each client. A grace period of 15 minutes is extended for late arrivals. However, should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we regret to inform you that your appointment will be automatically cancelled. In such instances, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be transferrable to a future booking.
**Booking and Service Preparation Guidelines**
* **Bundles:** At Wigsbyshan, we offer a selection of beautiful, high-quality bundles for purchase, and we are also pleased to install bundles provided by our clients. If you are supplying your own bundles for re-installation, they must be thoroughly washed, completely dried, and entirely free of all previously attached threads.
* **Bundles Cut by Other Stylists:** For bundles that have been cut by another stylist, we require you to contact us via WhatsApp before booking. This step is essential for us to assess their condition and ensure they are suitable for re-installation.
* **No Glued Wefts:** Please note that we do not install bundles that have glue on the wefts.
* **Extra Long Hair:** Clients with exceptionally long natural hair requiring extensive braid-down preparation will incur an additional charge of $2500. To ensure adequate time is allocated for your service, please inform us via WhatsApp *before* making your booking if you have extra long hair.
* **Sew-ins with Minimal Leave-Out:** For sew-in installations with minimal leave-out, it is crucial that your natural hair is freshly washed, completely dry, and entirely free of all leave-in conditioners, moisturizers, and oils. If you prefer specific hair products to be applied during your service, kindly bring them to your appointment, and our stylist will be happy to apply them for you.
* **Keratin Treatments:** Clients who have recently undergone keratin treatments should contact us via WhatsApp *before* booking to discuss the compatibility of our services with treated hair.
* **Color Matching for Exposed Natural Hair:** Wigsbyshan is dedicated to providing flawless installations, particularly for styles where a portion of your natural hair remains exposed (e.g., sew-ins with leave-out, frontal ponytails, U-part wigs). For optimal results and a perfect color match, your natural hair color must align seamlessly with the color of the bundles, frontal, or U-part wig being installed. If you require any color services for your natural hair, bundles, frontal, or wig, please ensure you contact us via WhatsApp *before* finalizing your booking.
**Customization and Color Services for Wigs, Closures, Frontals, and Bundles**
For any wigs, closures, frontals, or bundles requiring coloring or customization services, these items must be dropped off at the salon a minimum of four (4) business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that the day of drop-off, the day of your appointment, Sundays, and Mondays are not counted as business days. Items dropped off with less than three (3) full business days' notice before your appointment will incur an additional express service fee of $4000.
**Style Take-Down and Re-installation Services**
To ensure adequate time and meticulous attention for each service, style take-downs and subsequent re-installations cannot be performed on the same day. If you require a style take-down service, please arrange this by contacting us via WhatsApp or by calling #8768896901 separately from your installation appointment.
**Add-In Services**
All desired add-on services must be selected and confirmed during the booking process for your appointment. If you are uncertain about which add-ins may be suitable for your needs, we encourage you to contact us prior to booking. Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests for additional services on the day of your appointment if they were not pre-booked.
**Included Styling and Additional Options**
Installations of straight bundles include a complimentary flat-iron finish, while body wave bundle installations come with barrel curls. Any further or alternative styling requests beyond these standard finishes will be subject to an additional charge, which will be determined based on the length of the bundles.
**Appointment Duration**
Please be advised that all installation appointments typically require a minimum of four (4) hours to complete. We kindly ask you to consider this duration when scheduling other commitments or engagements on the same day as your Wigsbyshan appointment.
**Salon Environment and Company Policy**
While we adore children, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing children or any additional guests to your appointment. Our salon environment is designed for relaxation and focus, and extra company can unfortunately be a distraction for both clients and stylists, ensuring a more serene experience for all.
